Booking and Payment

When you book a coaching session:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You will receive confirmation and payment details via email
• Payment is required prior to the scheduled session
• Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD)

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session:

• Notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit payment
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Refund policies will be communicated at time of booking

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality regarding information shared during coaching sessions. However, we may use anonymized examples and aggregated insights for educational purposes or service improvement, provided no identifying information is disclosed.

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:
